Not Bad, But.....

was there a reason why he was missing an arm prior to this flash? A few more sound effects would have been nice, but I enjoyed it. Good Job!

Good point there, my dear Wrecko. If I'll be bothered, maybe I'll make a prequel explaining the missing of the half of his other arm. The point here to have him half-armless was to

a) give more to the trainwrecking horror that I bet you totally felt with this, didn't you?
b) have less particles to animate (cuz I'm lazy)

I also decided not to have so many sound effects (I didn't have any) because the animation was so much synced to the music so I thought that SFX would just ruin it. So, it's almost like a music video, only... not.

Fantastic!!!

I woke up this morning and saw this and at first i questioned it. "Is this another bashing of Jesus or is this serious?" Fortuneately it WAS serious. An excellent tribute right here. The graphics were nice and the message was great as well. I too was lost for a while till I accepted Christ. Great stuff right here. Keep up the great work!

Not Bad, But.....

You were a bit off sync with the mouth movements and even some of the actions relating to the song. I was going to make this into a flash, but you already did so that makes one less thing for me to do. It was animated nicely in some scenes and poorly in others. I suggests you go back and fix some of the scenes, besides that I enjoyed it and this song is great!

yea... when i exported it, it suddenly went out of sync... WTF!!! can u like pm me on how to "repair" this kind of stuff? cause its so weird. in the raw file, its perfect.

Was this a school project? I thought you animated the island rising from the frigid ocean of doom very nicely. =P My only complaint was the voice actor, sounded like an old teacher. Made me lose interest but animation wise it was nice=)

No, it started as a test idea, to see something develop rather than move, when I first started flash. Don't do it kids! throw your first work away, it takes ten times as long to improve existing work than starting from scratch!
I'm so relieved you guys liked the main scene!
Sorry about the voice acting, but I AM an old teacher! Never mind, others liked the voice acting. Each one to their own taste!

not bad......

Not bad for a first flash, but there were some ways that i thought you tried to cheat out of doing some of the animation. Like when the guy kicks the cake and it goes into his hand; I thought you should have made him just walk over and take the cake. Oh well, Coulda been worse, nice job!

True, I could have spent another three hours animating a walk cycle, but it really didn't seem like it would add anything in the way of humour to the cartoon.

I understand your message, but.......

.....It wasnt nessassary for him to kill his parents even if he was adopted, especially the dad, since he was crying over the picture of his adopted son. You need to improve on your graphics and do some voice acting. It was ok, but i feel more could have been done with this flash. And the deaths were pretty obvious. If you wanted to show how the human heart changed from good to evil should have shown a flash about war, just some random advice. hope it helps.

for my first animation i thought i did a good job.. i wish i could of put alot more time into the flash, but i only had a night to do it. people are killed viciously everyday, i show this.. we are all different, in mind and soul.. this story shows the fall from grace.. but i am happy that you understood the message ^^
